Raspberry jam

  • 1 kilogram of berries;
  • 1 kg of sugar.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the raspberries under the tap first.
  2. Put the berry in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Stir and leave for an hour.
  4. Put the pan on a slow fire, let it boil.
  5. Remove the foam and turn off the heat, leave to cool for several hours.
  6. Separate the syrup from the jam with a scoop.
  7. Cook for another 20 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly and removing the froth.
  8. Pour jam into sterilized jars and cover with lids.
  9. Separately, boil the syrup, sending it to the fire for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  10. Pour it into jars and screw the lids.

Pitted cherry jam

It is rich in vitamin C, K, B vitamins, carotene and biotin. To prepare it you will need:

  • 900 g ripe berries;
  • 1 kg of sugar.

How to cook:

  1. Rinse and sort the berries, remove the seeds.
  2. Move the berries to the cooking pot, and add sugar.
  3. Cook on low heat, stirring with a spatula until boiling.
  4. Let the jam cool, then put it on the fire again, let it boil and cook for five minutes.

Lemon jam

  • lemons - 1 kg;
  • ginger - 50 g;
  • sugar - 1.5 kg;
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g;
  • cinnamon to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the lemons, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
  2. Rinse, peel, chop the ginger root.
  3. Combine it in a saucepan with lemon, add all the sugar and cinnamon, leave for an hour.
  4. After the specified time, put the pan on the fire and let it boil. Boil for five minutes, remove from heat and let cool.

Seedless Cherry Jam

  • 0.5 kg of oranges;
  • 50 ml of lemon juice;
  • 150 ml of water;
  • 0.5 kg of sugar.

Recipe:

  1. Cut the fruit into two parts, squeeze the juice. Peel the crusts from the inside with a spoon of white pulp so that only the orange crust remains.
  2. Cut the crust into thin straws.
  3. Pour the orange juice into the pan. Add water, lemon juice and chopped orange peel to it.
  4. Stir all ingredients and let simmer over high heat. After boiling, remove the heat to a minimum and cook with the lid closed for half an hour.
  5. After the specified time, add sugar and cook it for an hour and a half, not forgetting to stir.
  6. When 10-15 minutes remain, remove the cover.

Strawberry with whole berries

To prepare it you will need:

  • 3 kg of berries;
  • 2 kg of sugar;
  • 1 sachet of pectin;
  • 75 ml of lemon juice.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the berries under cold water.
  2. Place the berries in a large saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and mix. Leave on for 4-5 hours.
  3. Mix lemon juice and pectin and add to strawberries.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for about half an hour.
  5. Pour the jam into the jars, close and wrap until cool.

Cinnamon Apple Jam

Apple jam contains vitamins A, B, C, E, K, H, P, PP, calcium, magnesium, manganese, fluorine, and iron.

Essential Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of peeled and core apples;
  • 700 g of sugar;
  • half a glass of water;
  • a teaspoon of cinnamon.

How to cook:

  1. Rinse apples, peel, remove cores and dead places, if any.
  2. Cut into slices, add sugar and leave for 2-3 hours. If there is not enough juice, add half a glass of water.
  3. Put the apples on a slow fire, bring to a boil, stirring and evenly distributing the slices in syrup.

  • 1 kg of quince;
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 kg of sugar.

  1. Rinse, clean and quince in cold water.
  2. Pour the peel with a glass of water and cook for about half an hour.
  3. Cut the quince into slices, drain the water from the peel and discard it.
