Hot dishes are considered a key component of any holiday menu. After all, a correctly selected main position forms the mood of the entire feast. A good choice is one of these five recipes.

Potato Chicken

Easy to prepare, but incredibly tasty dish got its name because of the extraordinary way of frying potatoes. Despite the simple constituent, such a chicken will become a good decoration of the festive table.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 2 pcs.;
  • potatoes - 6 pcs.;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • hard cheese - 100 gr;
  • parsley - 1 bunch;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and mix with chopped herbs.
  2. Wash the poultry meat, remove the films and cut into small slices. Salt and add pepper to taste.
  3. Fry the chicken in a pan with a small amount of oil.
  4. Peel the potatoes, grate them and remove excess moisture with paper towels.
  5. Add salt, flour and eggs to it. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
  6. Preheat a clean pan. Add vegetable oil so that the bottom of the dishes is completely covered. Spread the potato mass and gently press it to the bottom, forming something similar to cake.
  7. Fry on one side for 3-4 minutes. Then turn over and lay cooked chicken on half of the layer.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese mixture, continue to simmer for another 3 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt.
  9. Cover the chicken with the free half of the potatoes and fry until cooked.

Simple Vegetable Chicken Breast Casserole

The cooking method is very similar to the famous ratatouille. However, this option is much easier to do at home, but it will make no less impression on the participants of the feast.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • zucchini - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • Suluguni cheese - 50 gr;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream (2 l. in gravy, 2 l. in chicken marinade) - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • spices to taste;
  • mustard - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • onions - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the chicken thoroughly, trim the excess and beat well through the cling film.
  2. Cut the resulting chops in equal stripes and send to pickle in sour cream, mustard and spices to taste. As a seasoning, curry and dried garlic are perfect.
  3. Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut carrots and zucchini into slices, onion and tomato - in half rings.
  4. In a separate container, prepare dressing - eggs, spices and sour cream.
  5. In a baking dish of any convenient type, lay the ingredients in layers in a circle, alternating vegetables with meat. Between the layers, carefully place the chopped cheese.
  6. Fill with dressing and send to the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Cranberries in a mushroom gravy

Stunning meat rolls will delight participants of the feast with their unique taste and delicate texture. Special attention deserves a pleasant addition in the form of branded sauce.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 4 pcs.;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • dried porcini mushrooms - 50 gr;
  • greens;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil (for frying);
  • cream 32% - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Cut the meat into thin layers and beat through cling film.
  2. Add spices to the resulting chops and pour a small amount of soy sauce. Send to a cool place at night.
  3. Fry omelet with eggs and half boiled mushrooms. It is important to note that you do not need to pour water after mushrooms. It comes in handy for the sauce.
  4. Put the resulting omelet on each piece of meat and roll it into rolls.
  5. Stir in diced onions and remaining mushrooms with a little oil. Add flour and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour mushroom broth into the saucepan and continue to simmer until the mixture thickens. Add garlic, salt and pepper. At the end add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Put the rolls in a baking dish, pour the sauce, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Lasagna "Lazy"

As it turns out, a traditional Italian dish can be quickly and tasty cooked at home from improvised ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • pita (thin Armenian);
  • minced meat;
  • bulb onions;
  • a tomato;
  • hard cheese.

For the sauce:

  • milk - 0.5 glass .;
  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Salt the minced meat, add spices and fry in a small amount of oil. Put in the dishes.
  2. In the same pan, pass the finely chopped onions and tomatoes and add the greens.
  3. Prepare the sauce in a saucepan - stir the flour in milk, add salt, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  4. Grease the baking dish with oil and spread in layers - pita bread, minced meat, pita bread and vegetable mixture again. Repeat until filling is complete.
  5. Pour billet with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Zrazy "Bird's milk"

An unusual dish will be a good addition to the festive menu. In addition, delicious zrazy are relatively inexpensive.

Ingredients:

  • milk - 1/3 glass .;
  • wheat flour - 0.5 cup .;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 50 gr;
  • ground beef - 300 gr;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • white bread (minced) - 1 slice.

Cooking:

  1. Mix the minced meat, bread and spices.
  2. In a separate bowl, prepare the filling - grate the boiled egg and cheese, add butter and mix.
  3. Make preparations zraz - take 1 tbsp. l stuffing and put the stuffing in the middle. Form a ball and gently press down on both sides.
  4. Dip each meat ball in a batter of eggs, milk, flour and spices. Fry in a pan until golden brown.
  5. Bring to readiness by baking for at least 15 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees.

The presented dishes will definitely please guests and do not take much time for cooking.
